Marfilpe is a portuguese company reference in the natural stone sector with presence in Angola and more recently in Brasil.


The company is present through all the natural stone sector value chain, owning two quarries in Portugal, Molanos Vidraço and Ataíja Limestone, as well as a quarry of white marble in the region of Namibe, Angola. It also owns two processing plants in Portugal and Angola, with the latest state of the art technology, which allows to provide all kinds of products, such as slabs, or cut pieces to measure with any type of surface finishing according to costumers needs.

It is certified in ISO 9001 Quality Management and has in its DNA the spirit of continuous improvement in the management of their processes and the provision of services to their customers.

Marfilpe Integrates this project in a 24 companies consortium between companies from its own activity sector, technological companies and several entities from the technological and scientific system, with the goal of setting the ornamental rocks sector in the industry 4.0 route, guiding it to the new digital search model and to the response in context of Building Information Model
